The art of transformation often begins with reimaging what already exists in the heart of Ogba, Acra, Ikeja, a hidden industrial gem is about to undergo a remarkable metamorphosis. Together with K-box Construction and Design, we are excited to present ‘The Venue’ a visionary project that aims to revitalize an old industrial building and turn it into a dynamic multi-purpose center.
The design concept is an ode to the industrial history of Ogba Acra. The existing structure, with its raw and rugged charm, will be preserved and transformed into a modern haven that pays homage to its past while embracing the future.
The floor plan of The Venue’ is a harmonious fusion of historical charm and modern functionality. It begins with a grand entrance featuring industrial aesthetics, leading visitors into the promenade (common area) where every space of the venue can be accessed.
