The Surulere Shopping mall, OGUNLANA DRIVE, SURULERE is a public- private partnered initiative. The aim of the project is to create a modern, iconic commercial center for the Lawanson- Itire axis of Surulere. Locating the building on Ogunlana Drive, elevates its use while still ensuring that it is centralized to serve the need of the people in that axis.

The building is made up of lettable spaces of different sizes and functions to serve a range of commercial purposes. It also houses spaces that aid these functions.

The mall is designed so the building envelope wraps around the structural elements in such an interesting way as to create an attention-grabbing façade.
